Allen comes from a long line of craftsmen in the Construction Business. Being a third generation craftsman, Allen gained his knowledge and started to build experience at a very early age while working weekends and summers with his father. At the age of 18 he was a lead carpenter and running construction crews for his father’s construction company in Orlando, Florida. He moved to New Smyrna in 1985 to start his own construction company and has served the residents and businesses of this community for over 24 years with an excellent reputation and a successful business. His creativity and hands on experience allows him to make your dreams and ideas a reality. Allen and Richard have had the opportunity to work together on many remodel projects over the years that has led them to join a partnership and start a new venture- Del- Stone Construction.

Richard started out in Syracuse, New York as an apprentice Drywall Finisher for Central New York Drywall. He worked there for three and a half years before deciding to move to New Smyrna Beach, Florida in 1984. When he arrived, he began to do business as Richard Stonecipher Drywall. In 2001, Richard branched out to renovating and remodeling condominiums in the area. In 2006, he joined up with Allen Delamater and started Del Stone Construction.

Since then, Allen and Richard have been busy building homes from the ground up, remodeling and renovating houses as well as condominiums, and adding decks and patios to existing homes.

Kathi R. Scott, ASID, NCIDQ

Kathi is a graduate of the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale and holds the degree of Bachelor of Science in Interior Design. In addition, she is certified by the National Council for Interior Design Qualification (NCIDQ).
