"I would be more than happy to write about the awesome and professional job that you guys did... I still can't believe what a difference it made. Actually it was one of the big selling issues when I sold my house. The buyers loved the design of it and the beautiful tile. It was totally unfunctionable before it was renovated. "On June 26, 2009 I closed on my new house in New Smyrna Beach. The house was built in 1966 and the kitchen had never been updated. Through my realtor, Franci Davis, I got the referral for Del Stone Construction. I met with Richard Stonecipher on three occasions. The first meeting we met to discuss the Del Stone Construction Company, timelines, etc. and got to know each other. The second meeting was at the new house. There we went through the kitchen and I was able to convey my conception of my new kitchen to him. He took measurements and we discussed several different options. He also suggested some samples of marble for the countertops, different woods for the cabinets and terrazzo for the flooring and backsplash. Our third meeting he brought the schematics for the project. It was exactly as I had envisioned it. On June 29th the crew moved in and gutted the whole kitchen. I was very impressed how each step of the way they totally cleaned up before they left at the end of the day. Plastic was carefully hung so the entire house would not get dusty. Each member of the Del Stone Construction crew was professional and polite. Three weeks later, as promised, the project was complete and I had the beautiful kitchen I had always wanted."

Dear, Allen and Richard,
The work is done. My wife and I own it; but more importantly, we are thoroughly enjoying it. It is not the feeling of joy that one has upon owning a new house - it was the way it was built, the whole building process, and finally down to the final product. From the craftsmanship in the each phase of construction under Allen's supervision to the in detailed office work done by Richard, the construction process was one of nothing but pleasure. Case in point,- there has been no need to call you back after taking occupancy as I have experienced with every other contractor in the past five decades. Additionally, never had I been given a folder, containing all bills and proofs of payment incurred during the building process. You guys have excelled in every aspect.

Condo Remodel

We initially hired Del Stone Construction just to remodel our kitchen and two bathrooms, but were so pleased with their workmanship that we had them continue their work and remodel the living room and bedrooms also. Our complete condo remodel was beautifully and professionally completed on time and within the budget that we had agreed to with them. We highly recommend Del Stone Construction and would happily hire them again should we need any additional work done

From start to finish Del Stone Contruction was everything they said they would be...professional, clean,courteous, and most importantly finish the project on time.
